Quevolution (pronounced Key-volution) is a term to use rather than evolution and it is the 鈥榢ey鈥 to moving forward鈥he 鈥榢ey鈥 to changing mindsets and biases; changing rigidity and the old ways of doing things. A quevolution is a 鈥榪uick evolution鈥, a progressive and rapidly-evolutionary way of changing perspectives towards Gender mainstreaming

We define Corporate Gender Intelligence as听

鈥淭he aptitude of an organisation to acknowledge the business case for gender mainstreaming and the ability to acquire and apply the necessary knowledge, skills and processes to harness such qualities.鈥

In other words, Corporate Gender Intelligence is a company鈥檚 acknowledgement of the blended synergistic solution that is achieved through an appreciative balance of masculine and feminine perspectives in doing business, and the ability to apply this. It is what brings about the 鈥渁ha!鈥 moment in problem-solving and often amazing turnarounds in business thinking that enables long-term progressive growth and favourable bottomline.

International Women鈥檚 Day is annually held on March 8 to celebrate women鈥檚 achievements throughout history and across nations. It is also known as the United Nations (UN) Day for Women鈥檚 Rights and International Peace.

Join us for a mixture of keynotes, panel discussions, inspirational moments, workshops and entertainment.
